At Sundaze, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we make it easy to return your item within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to Qualify for a Return:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your original purchase date.

  2. Items must be brand new, unused, and in original packaging.

  3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns for refunds.

  4. No restocking fee will be charged if the item is returned in new, re-sellable condition.

  5. If an item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, a partial refund or restocking fee may apply.

  6. Damaged or defective items? We’ve got you covered — contact our support team and we’ll handle it. We may request photos for claims purposes.

Where to Send Your Return

Your specific return location will be provided once your RGA# is issued. Return packages must have the RGA# written clearly on the outside of the box.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Include a copy of your original order inside the package.

  • Use original packaging when possible and cover/remove old shipping labels.

  • Ship via any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) with tracking for your records.

  • Do not send hazardous materials (e.g., paint) through USPS. Use a hazmat-approved carrier like UPS.

Refunds

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return.
You’ll be refunded the item value and any applicable taxes — excluding original delivery charges.
